Guam’s Breast & Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (GBCCEDP) is a program eligible to women who are ages 21 – 64 years of age. The program is also eligible if the women has no insurance or has insurance but their insurance does not cover. It is a 100% federally funded program that provides free screening including Pap test, Pelvic Exam, Mammogram, and Clinical Breast Exam.

Services include:
- Breast and cervical cancer screening to women 21-64 years old (with no insurance or with MIP) that includes Clinical Breast Examination, Mammogram, Pelvic Exam, Pap, and HPV
- Additional View,
- Ultrasound,
- Biopsy,
- Surgical Consult,
- Colposcopy
- Gynecology Consult until final diagnosis is obtained.
**Cancer treatment is not covered under the B&C Program.
Eligible women must also meet the 250% Federal Poverty Guidelines if they are working and is also based on family size.
This program is 100% Federally funded
