The Guam Coalition Against Sexual Assault and Family Violence (GCASAFV) provides education, outreach, and training regarding sexual assault and family violence through working with community organizations and strengthening services to address and prevent these issues. The Guam Community Resource Directory serves as GCASAFV’s listing of faith-based organizations, non-profit service providers, and other government and private agencies in our island community. Here you can find a brief description of the agency and contact information for those agencies that make up a network of services for a better Guam.

The Pacific Region's Community Resource Directory is not just a phonebook of social services that are available to our Pacific Region communities. Guam’s Breast & Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (GBCCEDP) is a program eligible to women who are ages 21 – 64 years of age. The program is also eligible if the women has no insurance or has insurance but their insurance does not cover. It is a 100% federally funded program that provides free screening including Pap test, Pelvic Exam, Mammogram, and Clinical Breast Exam.

Services include:

  • Breast and cervical cancer screening to women 21-64 years old (with no insurance or with MIP) that includes Clinical Breast Examination, Mammogram, Pelvic Exam, Pap, and HPV
  • Additional View,
  • Ultrasound,
  • Biopsy,
  • Surgical Consult,
  • Colposcopy
  • Gynecology Consult until final diagnosis is obtained. 
 
**Cancer treatment is not covered under the B&C Program. 
Eligible women must also meet the 250% Federal Poverty Guidelines if they are working and is also based on family size.

This program is 100% Federally funded
