The Guam Coalition Against Sexual Assault and Family Violence (GCASAFV) provides education, outreach, and training regarding sexual assault and family violence through working with community organizations and strengthening services to address and prevent these issues. The Guam Community Resource Directory serves as GCASAFV’s listing of faith-based organizations, non-profit service providers, and other government and private agencies in our island community. Here you can find a brief description of the agency and contact information for those agencies that make up a network of services for a better Guam.

Kumukahi Health + Wellness provides a safe space for all underserved communities on Hawai'i Island, especially people affected and living with HIV. Rooted in the principles of harm reduction, Kumukahi Health + Wellness is dedicated to:

Recognizing and addressing the social determinants that impact a persons health;
Enhancing the quality of life for all participants, including equal access to health care;
Establishing ourselves as a Center of Excellence for accessible, client-centered, and culturally specific support and care in Hawai'i and the Pacific.

Products/Services :

HIV Medical Case Management - Our case management team is expertly trained to help clients identify community resources for medical and dental care, health insurance programs, financial resources, housing and other support services
Health Insurance Navigation - Our Kokua Services Partnership has Certified Kokua located throughout the State of Hawaii. Our Kokua can assist you in navigating through the sometimes confusing process of applying for health insurance. If someone you know is currently uninsured, our Kokua will assist you to figure out if you are eligible for Med Quest or a Special Enrollment period through the federal health insurance marketplace.
Prevention, Outreach & Engagement Program - offers Education and Demonstrations, Free Condoms, Free HIV, Hepatitis C and STI Testing, Referrals for other STI's, Treatment for Hepatitis C and other STI's, Linkage to HIV Care, Linkage to PrEP & PEP and Syringe Exchange.
Sexual Health Clinic - As the only sexual health and HIV specialty clinic on the Big Island of Hawai'i, our medical services are focused on HIV care, Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), gender affirming care, STI testing and treatment, Hepatitis C evaluation and treatment, and LGBTQ+ health.
