What You Can Expect If You Attend Our Services
Our theology at Calvary Baptist Church is conservative and Christian, that is, we believe the 66 books of the Bible, and only the Bible, is truly God's Word and is His revelation of Himself to mankind.  On the other hand, our worship style is relatively contemporary, and represents the blend of many cultures from all around the Pacific, Asia and the rest of the world that make up our church family.  Our services are in English, as it is the one language that enables us to worship together, though it is the second, third or subsequent language for many of our members.

Our worship is based on our belief that the Bible is God's authoritative word that provides guidance for all that we need to know in our relationship to God.  As part of that, it is the basis for our teaching, preaching and worship.  It is also the reason that we are committed to welcoming you to worship with us like you are part of our family, and to showing you the love of Christ as fellow sinners for whom He died.  It is our prayer that you will know, after a time with us, the truth of the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ, or to have that truth reinforced if you already know Jesus as your Lord and Savior..
