Anderson Family Advocacy Programs (FAP) is located on the Air Force Base. Its mission is to build a healthy community at Andersen so that every family and home is violence free. This is done through developing and providing services designed to prevent, intervene in, and treat child maltreatment and intimate partner violence.

There are many enrichment classes that are provided to improve parenting skills and to help couples communicate effectively. Clinical intervention services are provided to prevent unhealthy interactions and to build on relationship strengths. A Parent Support Program is offered to families with children less than 3 years of age. Assist new parents in coping with demands of parenting and military life through home visits by a Family Advocacy Nurse. Parents are taught how to effectively nurture their children and each other.
