The Guam Coalition Against Sexual Assault and Family Violence (GCASAFV) provides education, outreach, and training regarding sexual assault and family violence through working with community organizations and strengthening services to address and prevent these issues. The Guam Community Resource Directory serves as GCASAFV’s listing of faith-based organizations, non-profit service providers, and other government and private agencies in our island community. Here you can find a brief description of the agency and contact information for those agencies that make up a network of services for a better Guam.

The Pacific Region's Community Resource Directory is not just a phonebook of social services that are available to our Pacific Region communities. The Governor's Community Outreach-Federal Programs Office is responsible for distributing funds obtained from the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Violence Against Women (USDOJ OVW) STOP and SASP formula grants, as well as discretionary grants awarded to GCOFPO, that enable  both government and non-profit subgrantees to provide services, training, and personnel for law enforcement in order to address the crimes of domestic and dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking. GCOFPO works with both government and non-profit subgrantees to fund victim services, and to provide training and salaries for law enforcement personnel (including the Guam Police Department, Office of the Attorney General, and the Judiciary of Guam) in order for them to more successfully prosecute the offenders.
