The Guam Coalition Against Sexual Assault and Family Violence (GCASAFV) provides education, outreach, and training regarding sexual assault and family violence through working with community organizations and strengthening services to address and prevent these issues. The Guam Community Resource Directory serves as GCASAFV’s listing of faith-based organizations, non-profit service providers, and other government and private agencies in our island community. Here you can find a brief description of the agency and contact information for those agencies that make up a network of services for a better Guam.

Office of the Attorney General- Victim Service Center (VSC) provides  direct services to victims and their families as they navigate through the criminal justice system. Services may include  case updates and information, court accompaniment and emotional support, support services such as transportation, and assistance with child care for meetings, interviews, and hearings, assistance with preparing, and submitting victim impact statements, claiming restitution, and applying for the victim criminal injuries compensation program.

Case updates and information, in person court accompaniment and emotional support, support services such as assistance with virtual attendance of court hearings, transportation, and assistance with child care for meetings, interviews, and hearings pertaining to victimization, assessment & referral to available services, assistance with preparing, and submitting victim impact statements, claiming restitution, and applying for the victim criminal injuries compensation program, educating & assisting victims to navigate and use the Victim Information Notification Everyday (VINE) an automated notification system that provides additional option to receive notifications of court developments and prisoner movements.
