The Guam Coalition Against Sexual Assault and Family Violence (GCASAFV) provides education, outreach, and training regarding sexual assault and family violence through working with community organizations and strengthening services to address and prevent these issues. The Guam Community Resource Directory serves as GCASAFV’s listing of faith-based organizations, non-profit service providers, and other government and private agencies in our island community. Here you can find a brief description of the agency and contact information for those agencies that make up a network of services for a better Guam.

The Pacific Region's Community Resource Directory is not just a phonebook of social services that are available to our Pacific Region communities. Guam Sexual Assault and Abuse Resource Center Association (Guam SAARCA) provides technical assistance and education focusing on care of victims of sexual assault by conducting forensic medical-legal examinations of adults and children, peer reviews of the operations of Dept. of Mental Health and Substance Abuse’s Healing Hearts Crisis Center.  Guam SAARCA provides education and training opportunities to the physicians and mental health professionals in the community regarding the management of sexual assault victims in an outpatient/clinic setting.
