Loan Locker Program - Loaner items such as dishes, pots and pans, and microwave ovens are available for inbound/outbound members on PCS orders. There are also limited items such as TV's and vacuum cleaners. Loaner items can be checked out for 30 days. Please bring a copy of orders to utilize this service.

Heart Link - Workshop for "new" spouses who have been married for 5 or less years or for "seasoned" spouses married for many years but would like to learn more about the AF way of life. They will learn about what the mission is on Andersen AFB, figure out how to read a LES, familiarize themselves with the different benefits and entitlements they have as a military spouse, and learn about the different service agencies that are here to help. We provide a free light breakfast and lunch courtesy of the AFAS. There are games, prizes, and a lot of fun while spouses have an opportunity to network with fellow AF spouses during this interactive workshop.

Key Spouse Program - Squadron appointed spouse volunteers whose mission is to create a communication network between the unit and families, thus promoting readiness.

Hearts Apart Events - Families/Spouses of deployed service members take part in monthly planned events.

Military Spouse Appreciation Day - A&FRC partners with base community agencies to offer a special day for spouses. Event is usually held during the month of May.

Volunteer Resource Program - Visit the A&FRC if you are interested in volunteering on base or downtown. The base-wide Volunteer Resource Program is designed to fully utilize and recognize the contributions of volunteers at Andersen. One of its primary functions is to help base volunteer agencies meet their needs and to help individuals find volunteer positions that best suit personal interests or career goals.

Child Care for Volunteers - Recognizing the importance of volunteers to the base community, the Air Force Aid Society provides funding for the Child Care for Volunteers program. The AFAS will provide child care expenses in AF licensed or affiliated family day care homes for volunteers who are engaged in supporting programs which benefit the Air Force community.

Volunteer Recognition Ceremony - The annual Volunteer Recognition Ceremony takes place in April. This event recognizes the volunteer service of military service members, dependents, and DoD civilians within the Team Andersen community.

Volunteer Awards Program - Nominations for volunteer of the quarter and volunteer of the year are submitted to the A&FRC.

Airman's Attic - Great, FREE items for Team Andersen E-5 and below families! Open on Wednesdays, 0900 to 1100. Also open to All Ranks every Friday, 1100 to 1300. Military retirees are welcomed on the last Friday of every month.
