Kariñu, Guam’s Early Childhood System of Care program, provides services for families with children from birth to 5 years with social, emotional, and behavioral concerns. Karinu provides information, resources, screening, assessments, training, and individualized services and supports that address the needs of the whole family.

The purpose of this early childhood system of care is to assist young children with social, emotional, behavioral, and developmental health challenges who usually have difficulty in learning and getting along with others.
