PHRS provides Human Resources Management and Consulting Services to private, public and non-profit organizations. Areas of expertise include recruitment, workforce development, performance audits and compliance with federal employment mandates and standards.

PHRS is an established training provider recognized by the Agency for Human Resources,

Training services: 1.) Specialized training and workshops to meet specific industry needs, 2.) Compliance with federal labor laws, 3.) Soft skills training, 4.) Leadership skills training, and 5.) Training to establish an apprenticeship program that adheres to the standards required by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Apprenticeship.
