The American Samoa Alliance against Domestic and Sexual Violence (aka The Alliance) cause is to empower  individuals and community to learn about healthy relationships and communication to stop domestic and sexual violence.  As leaders in our community we are active participants to end domestic and sexual violence.  The Alliance goal is to strengthen member organizations and partners to advocate for victims to create safe and brave spaces, while holding perpetrators accountable.

We empower  individuals to advance OUR collective vision of ERADICATING domestic and sexual VIOLENCE from our aga nu'u (villages) and aiga (families).
We encourage partnerships to promote restorative efforts in our territory.
We are CHIEF communicators as content experts, and  promote policy to be active and visible in the territory.
We increase public AWARENESS to create an attitude of INTOLERANCE about domestic violence and sexual violence.

Alliance uses community outreach or engagement to connect with members in our community to learn more about domestic violence, dating violence, stalking and sexual assault.  A calendar of events are developed to follow social issues that support the work of the Alliance.
