For over three decades the New Hampshire Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence has been a voice for victims of domestic and sexual violence and stalking. Because of the Coalition's policy efforts, New Hampshire's are among the toughest new laws addressing these issues in the country. Nearly everything you know about domestic and sexual violence in New Hampshire, you know because of the Coalition. We have been a part of groundbreaking research around the prevalence of violence against men and women in the state, as well as our current work involving the impact of childhood trauma. Collaboration and resource-sharing are at the heart of our work. We conduct trainings for medical, legal and law enforcement professionals, as well as state agencies. We work closely with those public and private partners to ensure that violence prevention and treatment dollars are used as efficiently and effectively as possible.
