Our mission is to promote, nourish and sustain a collective movement to end violence in the Northern Mariana Islands.
We are made up of individuals that represent different faiths and ethnic backgrounds.
Some of our purposes include:
- providing training on domestic violence and sexual assault
- advocating for increased accessibility for ALL survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence in our Commonwealth
- Identifying and addressing gaps in services
- enhancing existing services
- Assisting in capacity-building for community organizations (including faith leaders, youth leaders and other allies)
- Ensuring that our work remains survivor-driven and culturally appropriate
