Mission: Our mission is to promote, nourish and sustain a collective movement to end violence in the Northern Mariana Islands.
 

We are made up of individuals who represent diverse faiths and ethnic backgrounds.
 

Our Key Purposes Include:

  • Providing comprehensive training on domestic violence and sexual assault to community members, professionals, and organizations.

  • Advocating for policies and practices that increase accessibility for all survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in our Commonwealth.

  • Identifying service gaps for survivors and working to address them to ensure continuous support.

  • Enhancing existing services to ensure they are effective, accessible, and survivor-centered.

  • Assisting in building the capacity of community organizations, including faith leaders, youth leaders, and other allies, to effectively support survivors.

  • Ensuring that all initiatives, programs, and services are survivor-driven and culturally appropriate, respecting the diverse backgrounds of survivors.

  • Engaging the community in efforts to address domestic violence and sexual assault through awareness campaigns, educational training, and collaborative initiatives.

  • Developing and distributing resources, including informational materials and toolkits, to support survivors and educate the community about domestic violence and sexual assault.
