The Guam Coalition Against Sexual Assault and Family Violence (GCASAFV) provides education, outreach, and training regarding sexual assault and family violence through working with community organizations and strengthening services to address and prevent these issues. The Guam Community Resource Directory serves as GCASAFV’s listing of faith-based organizations, non-profit service providers, and other government and private agencies in our island community. Here you can find a brief description of the agency and contact information for those agencies that make up a network of services for a better Guam.

Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR): Provides vocational rehabilitation and supported employment services to eligible individuals with disabilities and serves as the designated state unit to administer the State Plan for Vocational Rehabilitation Services, Independent Living Services and Independent Living for the Older Blind. DVR provides administrative support and works collaboratively with the State Rehabilitation Council (SRC) and the State Independent Living Council (SILC) in implementing these State Plans.

If you are eligible, you will be provided services that are available to assist you in achieving an employment outcome that is consistent with our strengths, resources, priorities, concerns, abilities, capabilities, interests and inform choice. As needed, services may include but are not limited to the following:
