The Guam Coalition Against Sexual Assault and Family Violence (GCASAFV) provides education, outreach, and training regarding sexual assault and family violence through working with community organizations and strengthening services to address and prevent these issues. The Guam Community Resource Directory serves as GCASAFV’s listing of faith-based organizations, non-profit service providers, and other government and private agencies in our island community. Here you can find a brief description of the agency and contact information for those agencies that make up a network of services for a better Guam.

The Pacific Region's Community Resource Directory is not just a phonebook of social services that are available to our Pacific Region communities. Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR): provides vocational rehabilitation and supported employment services to eligible individuals with disabilities. DVR also serves as the designated state agency responsible for administering the State Plan for Vocational Rehabilitation Services and Independent Living Services for Older Individuals Who Are Blind. In addition, DVR offers administrative support and works in close collaboration with the State Rehabilitation Council (SRC).
Division of Support Services (DSS): is responsible for the development of community service delivery system which includes the design, implementation, administration, case management, coordination, research, monitoring and evaluation of programs and services for persons with disabilities and does not duplicate services already available in the community through Local and Federal funding or nonprofit organizations.
